The Recording Industry Association of America gave Jewel a plaque commemorating sales of more than 18 million albums in the U.S., reported AP. She has sold 27 million albums worldwide since her 1995 debut. Isn’t that insane? She was just a little blonde gal from Alaska who lived in a van down by the river.
