As I wait out the Disney craze sweeping the country (seriously, how long will it be until it’s over?), I’m left to endure the many sad attempts at pop stardom by stars like Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens. And as much as I try to steer clear of these kids, queen bee Miley Cyrus, who remains at the top of my “must avoid at all costs before I gouge my eyes out” list (Heidi Montag is on this list, too), just keeps infiltrating my life. Everywhere I turn that big-toothed smile is baring down on me. But what’s even more of a nightmare is when the big-toothed smile is destroying songs that were a part of my childhood.
